Being knowledgable with the pedagogy

Personal Example: The way I use Kahoot with my students is totally different from 3 years ago. There are more options for teachers and students. There are also other options like Blooket that have become quite popular.

B. Participate in PLN's

Participate on online PLN's and collaboratively learn with others.

Personal Example: I haven't been very active, but this has opened a whole new door for me. I am excited about the possibility of connecting with others.

Personal Example: As I think back to my school, I feel like professional learning on Educational Technology is thought of as a "burden" because of time commitment. However, I believe that the position I will be in the 24-25 school year will give me some influence on Educational Technology.
