I started teaching in 1993 being a temporary teacher. Since my teaching career I taught Grade R to 12. I taught languages, Life skills, Mathematics, Social sciences, Art & Culture, Natural sciences, Geography and Life Orientation. My passion for ICT started during my College years in 1997 while I was doing my second year teaching diploma. In the ICT fraternity I have developed a number of individuals to acquire basic Computer literacy. I have mentored institutions. I have acquired five online courses for Microsoft Professional development and busy assisting my fellow colleaques acquire their own certificates. I have staged and presented in numerour National Conferences I.e. SchoolnetSA13, EdTechTeam Summit, South African basic Education Conference as well as Eschools conference where I developed papers on the following topics: 1. ICT Leadership in the Classroom, Project Based Teaching and How the 21st Century learns. This has given me a lot of exposure and expertise. I have a developed a closed group on Facebook page for my Provicial teachers called ICT Limpopo Teachers and that's were we share lots of insight based on ICT. I was awarded the ISPA Super Teacher 2013. I have been arranging trainings for my colleagues and coaching since from 2009. Thanks to my Provincial Mentors Mmipe Mokgehle and Phuti Ragophala. South Africa has a very wonderful policy on education what is needed is implementation. Since 2009 I have been working on ICT both at school as well as for the community. Upto this point I have helped 101 community members acquire their valid certificates for computer literacy program. I have created a closed Facebook group called Limpopo ICT Teachers were I communicate, collaborate and share information with my colleaques. It has been a great journey for me in ICT. I have presented in a number of national conferences namely:

1. Schoolnetsa13 at the University of Free State on ICT Leadership in schools

2. South African Basic Education Conference at the Emperors Palace, JHB on Project Based Teaching

3. EdTechTeam Summit 2014 at Dainfern College and Jane Furse  on Project Based Teaching

4. Eschools Network Conference 2014 in Cape Town on Project Based Teaching ans How the 21st Century Child Learns

5. Held the ISPA Super Teacher Award 2013

I have presently trained about 45 teachers around my area on Teaching with Technology I am still recruiting other so I can train them
