We found a deal thanks to the mediator.

During the 7 next months, we will keep the same high price and after it will decrease to be around the market price.

American will try to find other customer to be less depend to CGI.

CGI will do an audit to find where they can save money too.

Deal is to keep the contract to 7.5 M per year. Renew a 3 year long contract and gradually reduce prices starting from the 7th month. Ward will publicly praise their good faith and reasonableness.

7 months at 95$/h

5 months at 90$/h

6 months 85$/hour

6 months 80$/h

Assuming that American gets new clients at the end of the 2 years, they will reduce price to 75$/h for the third year, else 80$/hour for the first 8 months and 75$/hour for the last 4 months

Both parties came to an agreement

Mediator let both parties to deal with the issue with interference.

In case of underperformed - penalty
