It was shot in Inulac. Fox is studying a big rock on which there more than a thousand different paintings, one on top of the other. = a Palimpsest
So it's quite difficult to decipher what's going on. But it's clear we're looking at a "menagerie" of local animals: 
- a long-necked turtle
- a giant rock python (4 meters long?)
- a kangaroo or a wallaby
- a black echidna or "porcupine"
- cockatoo feathers
- dozens of fish
These barramundi (= big fish in Australia and South East Asia) started being painted 8000 years ago, in a uniquely perceptive way. Internal organs are shown (x-ray style). More paintings of spirit figures, staring at him.
