         <description><![CDATA[<div>i think it is okay for a person to benefit from another persons cost depending on the circumstances. If someone does something on accident that hurts them and someone is taking advantage of that person. But if its a competition and someone outdoes another because the other person does something he shouldn't have done than that is understandable. But they all revolve around something and it will change. we all suffers from a cost or choice of something and some people are just going to take advantage of that. I would say no but i think is unavoidable to stop someone from taking advantage of another.</div>]]></description>
