         <description><![CDATA[<div>Half termly hard marks are beneficial to show progress in all subjects, and trailing the half termly hard marks for English and Maths are as useful to show progress as they were when done weekly. Students in my class don't engage with written progress documents including hard marks and post its. They do engage with pictures and visual work.</div>]]></description>

Half-termly are more manageable and just as useful.&nbsp;<br><br>Not really useful for pupils, mine aren't interested. Feedback in the moment (praise, correction. extra support etc) is what works for pupils.<br><br>Pupils like to look at work/photos with adults. </div>]]></description>
