As his father was explaining, being surrounded with general education kids gives Damion a new voice and new found level of confidence. I believe that part of this could come from the newly formed friendships with his fellow classmates as well. As some of his teachers were describing how the children in the classroom love being friends with Damion. He is also able to learn new communication skills with different technologies at his side.
