Activity: Training - Housekeeping 
Details Description of Activity: 
• Introduce myself and briefly explain my knowledge about company Hotel Seri Malaysia with Hotel Manager, Encik Tamrin. 
•Briefing in the morning about the activities should do today and discuss about yesterday activities.
• Room Cleaning. Learn about how to tidy up hotel rooms. 
• Learn how to tidy a bed, pillows, wash the toilet, and the things should put on the table.
• Learn about the channel should have on the television because we have to tell this knowledge to the guest if they don't know about the existing channel in the hotel. 
•Learn about the things should put on the trolley before going back home. This is important to make sure the housekeeping is always ready for the next activities tomorrow.

• First, we print out the check in and out rooms for our reference.
• Check how many rooms check in yesterday's that should be cleaned today. 
• There are 10 rooms that have not been checked out which should be cleaned.
• The activities is done by kak Nona and me. 
• We divided the tasks provided such as cleaning the toilet, cleaning the room, flooring, and sweeping. 
•After cleaning the room, we collect dirty cloth and put it in plastic for delivery to the laundry.
