         <description><![CDATA[<div>Something I do to put my mental health in a stable positive mindset would be sleeping. I enjoy going to bed any opportunity I get especially when there is music playing in the background as I sleep. Sleeping calms me down and puts me into a quiet and dreamy space and once I wake up my mood would be at least better than what it was before going to bed.</div>]]></description>
