As well as killing off some less lucky species.    

    Farmers: Would be impacted because of how well the crops will be growing and reproducing.  

    Business's: Because they would start getting shut down when the air pollution gets worse. 

    Everyday People: Because they need the air pollution to be low to be able to do things outside.

    Physiological Needs - These are the normal life necessities like food, water, and shelter. Solving environmental issues like climate change and water pollution provide access to good food and clean water for most or all citizens. Healthy trees provide healthy lumber for shelter. 

    Safety Needs - These are the needs of an individual's health status, personal security, employment, and property. By solving climate change and air pollution there are healthier populations and less citizens hospitalized. By the citizens having access to clean food, water, and shelter the people can reach personal security. And the environment sector in general offers employment to the unemployed.

  • Use less energy in homes and vehicles: Mandate energy efficient products and vehicles to be mandated will help reduce the amount of energy used and make our lives more Eco friendly and less harmful to the planet.   
  • Use less carbon products:  Mandate Eco friendly solutions such as solar power or efficient light bulbs help to reduce your carbon footprint and help us be less wasteful. 
  • Use public transportation: Mandate ride sharing or using busses and trains helps cut down on your carbon footprint and helps with limiting unnecessary emissions. 
  • Eat more vegetables: Mandate eating more vegetables this helps your diet,supports the agriculture industry and lowers your impact on the environment because producing plant based foods generally results in less greenhouse gasses, less use of water, land and energy. 
  • Be an activist: Mandate being an activist, this raises awareness to the issue and is the most effective way to make a difference. This can also help get word out to local politicians that can enact laws.

    • Specialized endangered species breeding programs/ rehabilitation. We will bring a few members of a species into a special habitat where they will live just as they did in the wild. We will be able to ensure animal breeding and the safety of at least a male and female of the endangered specimen, to prevent extinction. 
    • Harsher logging, fishing, poaching, and harvesting laws. We will create private areas of forest, river/lake, and field for animal preservation. By being private property poachers, fishers, loggers, and harvesters will not be permitted to hunt animals to the point of endangerment. We could also create reserved hunting, fishing, harvesting, and logging areas so no animals are in the area and becoming endangered. For hunting or fishing we would make sure it was an area with an overabundant species. 
    • Special endangered reserves. These would be private areas where only animal caretakers may access. These would be blocked off to the public and predators of endangered species. This would over an abundant home for endangered species to be safe and breed. 
    • Freezing tissue samples/ “Biobanks”. This would include scientists taking tissue samples from endangered animals who have died of natural causes. The tissue sample would then be frozen and saved until the species is critically endangered and cloning is the only option left.

    Reduce the number of trips you take in your car, so we can reduce the amount of gas and chemicals going into the world and harm animals and people.

    Reduce or eliminate fireplace and wood stove use. We need to be careful with how much we use chemicals and gas because it could end up harming people and more.

    Avoid burning leaves, trash, and other materials. So we don't get smoke and ash into the environment and worried about harming animals who are leaving in the trees or ground.

    Avoid using gas-powered lawn and garden equipment.   • In the case of meat being the shortage food/resource the society could be forced to go vegan. A law or guideline could be enforced that the citizens use less meat products in order to stock up/ preserve the resource. 
  • We could find substitutes for a shortage item. In the case of a corn shortage rice could be used in its place. The example of meat being in shortage could have vegetables or something like tofu as a replacement. 
  • Scientists could find a way to genetically create or modify the food or resources that exist during the shortage. 
  • If it's an unnecessary resource people could cut it out of their lives entirely except for in cases of absolute necessity.
