The main insights I have gathered concern the study and exploration of methods that can engage students and captivate them in the study of the classical world—primarily by broadening the research focus from a purely linguistic to a more cultural perspective. This approach takes into account the diversity of today's classrooms, which include students with different cultural backgrounds and special educational needs. The study should focus more on the competencies that the study of ancient culture can develop in students, rather than on linguistic ability or methods tied exclusively to language learning. The goal is to implement a form of teaching that reflects three fundamental keywords: relevant, inclusive, and empowering.

- There is a risk that organizations focus on their success rather than in the employees’ professional development

Video analysis tool Categories, How will be defined in order to apply them? A mixed method should be used, combining both deductive and inductive approaches, as this allows for pre-defining labels while also enabling the inclusion of new ones during the application of the tool.

Strengths.

It is very interesting to combine a qualitative tool with a quantitative one to identify the factors that may interfere with the learning process.
