         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I have a deadline coming up my body goes through the alarm stage first in which I freak out a little but then prepare to do work. Then resistance stage kicks in to calm myself to get started on what needs to be done. Lastly the exhaustion stage kicks in where my stress levels go down and i realize the work is not as challenging as I thought.</div>]]></description>
