•Skills, values and behaviours: what skills, values and behaviours will they need to exhibit in their career to be successful?

•Career progression: what are their career progression opportunities and what are the knowledge, skills and behaviours they will need to pursue these? How quickly are they expected to progress? Might they need further education or training to achieve progression?

•Aspirations: what are their aspirations now that they have completed the course? Have these changed from when they started?

•Education: What education do they have? How long is it since they last studied? What was their experience of school/further education?

•Work experience: how much work experience do they have? What professional background?

•Motivation: Why are they studying at University?

•Aspiration: What are their career goals?

•Other commitments: Will they be studying full or part time? What other commitments will they have, for example, family or jobs?

•Digital competency: what technological devices are they familiar with? What do they use IT for on a day to day basis? Are they confident users of modern technology? 

•Other traits: Are there any other significant traits or features? Choosing a gender and ethnicity for your personas will help view the course experience through different lenses. You may want to include at least one disability or special need for the same reason.
