unit1: describe a family or a classmate

i will describe the person i love most in my family. It is my younger brother. His name is Quang, he is 14 years old and studying at a local middle school. Even though he is still young but he often plays sports like football, badminton,... so he is very tall and well - built. To be honest, i think my brother is quite handsome. He has a round face, brown beautiful eyes and wavy hair inherit from my dad. In his free time, he often play football or goes cycling with his friends. Because he often exercises, he usually wears a T - shirt, shorts, and sneakers. He also likes things about space so he spends a lot of time watching video about it.

I like to wear clothes make me feel comfortable like T-shirts, shorts or dress. And which i like the most is T-shirts, it is has many colors. I usually wear it when i am in home and it is also quite suitable to wear when going out with my friends. I like to wear that type of clothes because it is basic, easy to wear and very cheap. Moreover, i can also wear T-shirt with jeans and trainers to go to school. They are really matching and make me look young and active. It is quite convenian.

unit 2: about my personalities

Everyone has their own personality that makes them special. I also have my own personality. I think I am a kind person. I like to help people around me when they need support. For example, I help my friends with homework or help my family at home. Helping others makes me happy and gives my life more meaning.

But I also have some bad personality traits. I am a bit lazy. I spend too much time on my phone, watching videos or using social media. Sometimes I stay in bed all day. I know this is not good and I feel regret after that.

In the future, I want to change this bad habit. It has made me lose many chances to grow. I hope I can become better by using my time well and working harder.

In 3 years of high school I played very close with a girl, her name is Oanh. We know each other because I reminded her during the test hours and she was grateful to me a lot. We have been playing together since then. She is a bit fat and short. She has long beautiful hair, brown eyes with a round face. I think she is very cute. She is a kind person who always helps people around her. She produces positive energy, always smilling so everyone loves her so much. And I also learn a lot from her, as a positive, confident, outgoing,…although our personalities are very different, I am quiet and she is outgoing , but this helps us balance each other out and grow together.

suzy: I’ll be visiting my cousin then. Maybe Saturday?

me: I have an english class in the morning, but I’m free in the afternoon.

Unit6: city and country

I was born in Quang Ninh. It is a famous place for tourists and is called a miniature Vietnam. So, I am going to talk about life in the city. Life in the city is more exciting and busy than in the countryside. The air in the city is more polluted. There is a lot of dust and noise. In contrast,the air in the country is clean and quiet. Traffic in the city is often busy and there are many traffic jams, especially in hot summer days. The cost of living in the city is higher. Food and other things are more expensive than in the country. Some people say people in the city are not as friendly as people in the countryside. But in my city, people are kind and always welcome tourists. There are many places for fun, like parks and games. But sometimes, life in the city is stressful. If I have a chance, I want to live in the countryside to enjoy a quiet and fresh life.

The most memorable experience in my life was when i watched the Vietnam football team win a final match last summer at My Dinh Stadium in Hanoi. The match was full of excitement and surprises, and i couldn’t take my eyes off the game. The atmosphere in the stadium was electric, with fans cheering loudly and supporting the team. When the match began, the whole stadium was filled with energy, and i felt so happy. After the match, i celebrated with other fans on the streets. We walked together, waving flags and shouting joyfully. It is the most memorable experience in my life because I watched that exciting football match with my close friends and celebrated the victory. I felt very wonderful

Unit 8: plan after graduate from university

I planned to graduate from university at the end of 2028 and soon would apply for a job at an accounting company in Ha Noi. I want to work in a professional environment to gain practical experience and develop professional skills. Besides work, I will also continue to study foreign languages and data analysis to expand my future career opportunities. I set a goal in the first 3 to 5 years after graduation is to secure my work and personal finance. When things are more stable, i consider getting married, maybe after my 30s. During this time, i will live and work in Ha Noi to support the growth of my career and study more.

Unit 8: plan for the next summer holiday

This summer holiday, I plan to travel to Ha Long Bay with my close friends. We will go in early July when the weather is nice and sunny. The trip will last 3 days and 2 nights.

On the first day, we will check into the hotel and take a boat tour to see the bay and caves. In the evening, we will eat seafood and walk on the beach.

On the second day, we will swim, ride a small boat, and visit Ti Top Island. At night, we will go shopping at the night market.

On the last day, we will relax, check out, and buy souvenirs before going home.

I want to go there because it is beautiful and I can relax with my friends after a busy school year.
