         <description><![CDATA[<div>Here are some ways we can help others:</div><ol><li><strong>Create a safe and calm environment</strong>. Take away distractions and unnecessary things or people.</li><li><strong>Listen without judgment</strong>.</li><li><strong>Encourage treatment</strong>. This mental health crisis will not get better on its own, it is challenging enough, so make sure they speak to a professional.</li><li><strong>Help them make lifestyle changes</strong>. Make sure they are practicing self-care, encourage exercise and alternative therapies like meditation and yoga.</li></ol>]]></description>
