They were due to difficult times of bombs and weapons , but the authorities preferred to remain silent, and with that silence also silence their people in such need.

The song "Zombie" refers to the war that exists between southern and northern Ireland, resulting in victims, innocent people, like Jonathan Ball and Tim Parry. both children were the inspiration for this song, who protest against the indifference of the government, seeing that those who suffer and die are children, like these two mentioned above, as he says in the following verse "Another mother's breaking heart, Is taken over"
In my opinion, that is not the way to solve problems, when the problem is that of the governments of the countries, with thousands of innocent people being more affected.

However, I am dissatisfied with how they talk about the military since, believe it or not, they are people with feelings.

this song is about a conflict in Northern Ireland and the death of two children, that war was a series of battles with a high rate of violence, "Zombie" mentions only two children who died on the Falls Road killed by a group of armed soldiers with machine guns.

Another head hangs lowly
Child is slowly taken
And the violence caused such silence
Who are we mistaken?
But you see it's not me
What's in your head, in your head
Zombie

in my opinion this song is very good because it talks about a terrible real event, zombie
It gives us to understand that their minds are upset and that they have stopped being people to become zombies. They have forgotten moral principles and do not mind taking the lives of two innocent children for the sole purpose of achieving their mission.

This song talks about a conflict, in which innocent people such as Tim Parry and Jonathan Ball died who were killed by a bomb by the Irish Republican army, people in which the singer was inspired to make the song also refers to the violence she suffered among the British troops.

In my opinion I think that this song has marked a lot in the history of music since it shows the situation that was lived in those times, "in your head, in your head they are fighting, with their tanks and their bombs and their bombs. and their weapons. in your head, in your head they are crying "this part of the song interprets at that time as at the present time that the thinking of some places that are in conflict has not changed much.
