I think this program was successful because it not only created dams and power plants, but it provided people jobs during a very hard time. It also prevented floods and developed the resources of the Tennessee valley.

No, because it was not using money from the goverment, it was using peoples tax money and those people were barely finiding any jobs to be able to pay for their families

Some people believed in the ALL, because they thought it violated respect for the rights of individuals and property. Also, it used people's tax money, and that's another reason why people might not have liked it.
