Each portrait represents a stage in the creation of the present self and simultaneously the effort to adapt to social norms. With the breaking of each one, feelings of mourning loss unfold alongside the idea of inevitability. The auditory and visual spectacle of the shattered ceramics reflects the poignant contradiction between internal struggle for completion and the internal need for smooth integration into social frameworks.

Naked and sitting in a fetal position, I attempt to describe a journey towards self-awareness.
With every movement, I spread clay onto the empty spaces of my body, symbolizing the labor and process of shaping my identity while simultaneously trying to give a more "integrated and cohesive" image to my body. This artwork ultimately presents a complete person, embracing the wilderness of self-awareness and the complex layers that shape one's individuality.
In front of the backdrop of nature's beauty, the indeterminate sensitivity and narrative with clay create a connection with the primal forces that shape and mold us, inviting the audience to contemplate their own journeys of self-realization.
