         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Advice from Psychologists: How to Help Kids Cope with Anger &amp; Frustration </strong></p><p><br></p><p>As detailed by this article, to regulate emotions, parents/guardians must help children to verbalize their feelings without physically acting on them. Providing consistent consequences to negative actions serves as a key to achieving this. This article further recommends teaching children positive methods to regulate their emotions, helping kids to learn words that would better express their emotions, as well as delivering/calmly explaining the consequences of negative actions. Common mistakes in executing these recommendations are discussed, as well as what to do if aggressive behavior worsens/persists (Abrams, 2023).</p>]]></description>
