When they met at a party the author, Linda, started to ask questions about his journey the second he walked in. The author was so motivated that she wrote a book about his story called "A Long Walk to Water." First off, in school they sit on benches at school and don't get the luxury of having their own desk and chair. Also, their roads aren't paved and they have no sidewalks. Almost everything is dirt and when ever a car drives on it or someone runs, they are followed by a cloud of dust. The last and probably biggest difference is that only boys 10 and older go to school. Girls are all at home learning from their mothers on how to be a mom. They do chores, travel for water and help others of the village in their daily chores. I think some words of Encourage for salva are never give up trying and always know it could get worse. God gives the hardest battles to the toughest survivors. In life there is always a chance to make a change.
