         <description><![CDATA[<p>La Plazoleta de los Suspiros (Place des Soupirs) est un petit espace public situé à l’intersection des rues Pedro de Mendoza, Magallanes et Dr. del Valle Iberlucea, dans le quartier emblématique de La Boca, à Buenos Aires.</p><p>Son nom poétique vient d’une vieille tradition locale : autrefois, des marins et des immigrés – surtout génois – s’y retrouvaient pour attendre des nouvelles de leurs familles restées en Europe ou de navires perdus en mer. Les soupirs qu’on y entendait, pleins de tristesse ou de nostalgie, ont donné naissance à son nom : la place des soupirs.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
