At some points I felt like you look a lot at the slides and not the audience. But I'm not worried becuase I feel like you'll get used to the slides the more you practice them and by the time you'll present you'll be fine.

I think its a good idea to watch your words, for example; don't say negative descriptives. Instead of saying it was a "bad day", say that it "didn't turn out the way you wanted it to be." It comes across smoother and sounds better.

Good explanation for quote, surprisingly deep. However I was immediately disappointed by the template-like design of the slides. No effort whatsoever.

Who Am I? Slide should be at the beginning instead of before so that it flows nicely. Should also have a slide dedicated to what the project is.

Talking about struggles and how your internship has evolved is good, provides honesty to audience. Definitely make sure to add evidence to slides later on.

Make sure you put the author of the quote in the slide. It would help if you spent more time considering the quote's meaning. I think notecards would help you out a lot. I feel like you could merge the who am I and what am I interested in slides together to make the slides smoother. I'd also recommend adding some more photos in as well. When you say "You get what I mean" we don't get what you mean.

You are going to have to elaborate more, you've done a lot of cool things and know that field tell us about it. I also feel like at some points you could turn your sentences into bullet points, to reduce the words on your slide, and if you were to take my advice about photos it'd create space for said photos.

I also feel like there could be some improvement in some areas, I don't know if you have an RAA Project but if you do I know it'll be interesting to hear about.

I know this is your practice XO so my feedback may sound, over bearing but I'd like you to think about taking it.

Your slides look good, the only thing I recommend you work on is your volume. You may want to speak a little louder so some people in the back and hear you but other than that you did a good job.

The slide design is definitely an improvement over last time, though the duolingo slide is absolutely jarring on the eyes.

Talk slower, all of this is obvious stuff you have been told a thousand times before.

You have good slides and they're organized better. You also do good at your voice projection. I also liked your introduction as well as your mention of how you wanted to go to medical school, maybe describe which school you would want to go too.

Archer while your slides are clean they lack photos in some, such as the QR and RAA Project slides. I took from my RAA Project Proposal document and took screenshots of the sections I'd talk about.

I would also like to congratulate you for not talking as fast. I know it's something you struggled with so seeing you not talk as fast is good.

I know you'll continue to work on your XO and can't wait for the final result.
