Scott Walker, 2014, WI 99, also known as Act 10. </em>Indiana and Michigan limited collective bargaining and union activity of public employees. Ohio, similar to Wisconsin, gave public employees the collective bargaining rights to public employees, but later limited union activity by signing bills into law.</div>]]></description>

The two cases set for the review of standards ordered by the court. </div>]]></description>
