One person can be more dominate with the way they think and just end up not liking you for your own thoughts. Based on personal experience I have met people who are open to hearing new ideas and thoughts and accepting your beliefs. I have also met people who do not care what you think and just think their own thoughts are correct and should be the only way the world thinks.
