Great form - simple and straightforward! I wonder if there is a way to add an option to attach items to this form. That way, if an initiator has a sample or something they want updated, they can give it to you right away with the initial request.

When a user clicks on a link from our website it makes the user leave the website and go to the link in the same window and there is no way to make it back to our website other than hitting back. When a user clicks on a link to an external link it should open in a new browser window. This is not consistent with all external links. Example. ROP Student Handbook

Most of the links open in a new tab, but some do not... For instance, "Petition for Credit for Articulated CTE Course" does not open in a new tab and someone would have to navigate back to our page. Just sharing, as I am not sure what the desired setting would be and if you want it to be consistent.

When it says "for more info, contact" it mentions a person but not their title or any other identifiers. Should we be directing people to reach out to the school sites or to us for additional information? Also, some of the wording is "Counselor Info" and others are "for more info". We should be professional and spell words out on the website as well.

This title doesn't align with information, as our student forms are embedded in the Student Handbook. A proposed title is Student-related Board policies.

A few fixes to note:

1) Kathi Kent still shows up on two pages and I should be added instead...on the Administration page and on the Staff Directory page

2) Board of Trustees shows 5 members

3) On MyNOCROP page, the Workplace Violence Prevention Plan

4) In the Calendar side bar, it shows the 2023-2024 Non-Instructional Calendar

5) On the sidebar of the Career Ed Foundation page, the link to Event Calendar doesn't go anywhere.

Some of the pages have the incorrect street address: Muller Drive instead of Muller Street
Is there a way to reorganize the Board Policies & ARs? Also, there are a ton missing.
Need to include Public Records Requests, prr@nocrop.us & Uniform Complaint Procedure, ucp@nocrop.us. Can discuss where to place these.
