The third talks about how you try to find that sense purpose in your life again. Phase 4 explains how you find things that give you a sense of accomplishment losing that sense of not having purpose by participating in things you care about.

OAS has a big difference from CPP it is not affected by your career earning it's eligibility, when to start,  amounts and repayments.  GIS your eligibility, amount and allowance.
