         <description><![CDATA[<p>RAPORT DE INTEGRARE ÎN EDUCAȚIA PREȘCOLARĂ – SĂPTĂMÂNA ABILITĂȚILOR DE VIAȚĂ</p><p><br></p><p>📌 1. Scopul activității</p><p>Acest studiu își propune ca copiii să dobândească abilități de bază necesare în viața de zi cu zi, să acționeze independent și să dezvolte simțul responsabilității. S-a urmărit ca învățarea să devină durabilă prin participarea activă a copiilor.</p><p><br></p><p>📌 2. Compatibilitatea cu educația preșcolară</p><p>Activitățile planificate au fost pregătite în conformitate cu abordarea educațională bazată pe competențe a educației preșcolare.</p><p><br></p><p>Domenii de abilități</p><p>✔ Abilități de autoîngrijire (îmbrăcare, igienă, alimentație)</p><p>Abilități de viață zilnică, dezvoltarea comportamentelor sigure</p><p>✔ Abilități socio-emoționale</p><p>Asumarea responsabilității, autoreglare, empatie, cooperare și împărtășire</p><p>✔ Abilități conceptuale</p><p>Clasificare (sănătos–nesănătos, ordonat–dezordonat), relații cauză-efect, rezolvarea problemelor</p><p><br></p><p>📌 3. Structurarea procesului de învățare</p><p>Activitățile au fost planificate centrate pe copil, bazate pe experiență și susținute prin joc și dramă. În fiecare activitate s-a asigurat că cei mici învață prin practică, pot face alegeri și participă activ.</p><p><br></p><p>📌 4. Integrarea participării familiei</p><p>Conform abordării holistice a educației preșcolare, familiile au fost implicate activ în proces. Au fost oferite sarcini aplicabile acasă, familiile au participat ca ghizi și s-a consolidat colaborarea școală–familie. Astfel, învățarea nu s-a limitat la clasă, ci a fost transferată în viața de zi cu zi.</p><p><br></p><p>📌 5. Procesul de evaluare</p><p>Evaluarea s-a realizat prin observație centrată pe proces, analiza produselor, feedback verbal și răspunsuri din partea familiilor. Procesul de învățare a fost documentat și prin fotografii și înregistrări video.</p><p><br></p><p>📌 6. Rezultate și achiziții</p><p>S-a observat că elevii și-au dezvoltat abilitățile de viață zilnică, au început să acționeze mai independent, au crescut comportamentele de responsabilitate și s-au consolidat abilitățile sociale și de cooperare.</p><p><br></p><p>🌿 EVALUARE GENERALĂ</p><p>Activitățile „Săptămânii Abilităților de Viață” au fost implementate astfel încât să susțină abordarea educațională bazată pe competențe, holistică și conectată la viață specifică educației preșcolare.</p>]]></description>

Construction of environmental ethical values and responsibility awareness (<strong>Educație ecologică</strong>).</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Domeniul Estetic și Creativ (DEC) - Aesthetic and Creative Domain:</strong> Visual analysis and artistic interpretation of the posters designed by mentors.</p><p><strong>2. Digital Competencies (DigCompEdu România)</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Phygital Learning:</strong> Transforming technology from passive consumption (<strong>consum pasiv</strong>) into a creative tool (<strong>instrument creativ</strong>).</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Web2 Tools:</strong> The use of Mentimeter and Padlet supports the curriculum goal of "Interactive use of technology."</p><p><strong>II. Pre-school Education (Învățământul Preșcolar)</strong></p><p>Academic focus for the <strong>"Grădiniță"</strong> system:</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Cognitive Rupture:</strong> The "plant sprouting from a tablet" visual fulfills the curriculum requirement of <strong>"Dezvoltarea capacității de explorare și înțelegere a mediului"</strong> (Developing the capacity for exploration and understanding of the environment).</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Focus Romania:</strong> The Romanian focal sentence, <em>"While Can was observing birds with his tablet..."</em>, emphasizes the curriculum topics of biodiversity and local fauna (birds).</p><p><strong>B. Vocational and Technical Education - VET (Învățământul Profesional și Tehnic)</strong></p><p>The mentorship provided by Antalya Barosu MTAL students overlaps with the <strong>"Licee Tehnologice"</strong> (Technical High Schools) and practical training modules in Romania.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Mentorship (Master-Apprentice):</strong> High school students designing content serves the <strong>"Competențe de antreprenoriat și inițiativă"</strong> (Entrepreneurship and initiative-taking) competencies in the Romanian curriculum.</p><p><strong>III. My Body is Moving</strong></p><p>DPM (<em>Domeniul Psihomotric</em>)</p><p>Children acquire psychomotor skills such as balance, coordination, flexibility, and spatial awareness. Transnational Challenge</strong></p><p>DLC (<em>Domeniul Limbă și Comunicare</em>) &amp; DOS (<em>Educație pentru societate</em>)</p><p>During the international challenge process, children's non-verbal communication, understanding of digital tools, and the drive to unite in a common action ("European Phygital Mindfulness Wheel") with peers from different cultures develop DLC and multicultural citizenship awareness (DOS).</p><p><strong>3. "Phygital Pedagogy" and the Romanian Digital Education Strategy</strong></p><p>The bridge established through the "Wheel of Names" directly aligns with the Digital Wellbeing goals in the Romanian curriculum. Technology is positioned not as screen addiction, but as a "reflective mirror" (<em>tehnologia ca oglindă</em>) that manages physical activity on the mat (Yoga/Breathing) with the support of peer mentoring (VET).</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>4.
