He is a unique young man who has the ability to transform the lives of everyone he loves. His father (Gerry) does odd jobs, while his mother (Edna) spends her days looking for Ikoy's sister (Helen) and grandmother (Magda), who has diabetes and pancreatic cancer. Ikoy is nice and has good intentions, which her father criticized him for, calling him dumb despite his cleverness. He meets a grieving guy who mourns for his mother, two bickering store owners, and the grumpy old woman who operates the morgue, all of whom he changed lives with his gifts of hope, determination, and love, His older brother, who has a crush on a wealthy girl; his younger sister, Helen, who has downs syndrome. Ikoy took on a number of these responsibilities, including preparing a remedy for the mortician's ailments, playing matchmaker for his love-struck brother, scheming to provide a burial gown and coffin for his grandmother, and negotiating a wheelchair so he could take his invalid sister to the carnival. Despite the difficult circumstances in his life, Ikoy manages to solve every difficulty. On the night of the great carnival, his hard work paid off. Ikoy met someone whose life he had a huge impact on one day. When he was hit by a car and killed, things changed dramatically. His family buried him in the coffin that Ikoy had created for his grandma, his friends, family, and the people he touched reminisced the moment of his kindness.
