Thank you for sharing!  It is this kind of leadership style I find myself leaning toward the most in my career because of its success rate in solving problems and inspiring students and faculty to think outside the box when solving problems.  It may be because of my artistic background that pulls me toward being a transformational leader or it could be because I see this style of leading to be the most inspirational and rewarding.
