But i know that it is important because that is they way you sell yourself in your industry. I think that to excel in a interview you have to be very confident and also, be fluent when talking. In the interviews i had before they usually ask about myself, and why they should hire me, nor other. My last interview was a long time ago, I introduced myself to H&M, first I went through with the manager, then I was with the person who chooses the staff and she was precisely a physiotherapist from my university. It was a good interview. 
2. I think that the most difficult thing for me is to describe my skills, even if I know them, because I have a lot of confidence in myself, but sometimes one is filled with insecurity and saying the skills is strange.
3. to know the staff that is presented, to know their skills in the different situations that can arise and to choose the best staff for it

My last interview was for a semi bilingual campaign for TP and it was terrible because i wasn't used to speak in english for a long time so my mind went blank and off course i didn't pass.

So for me it has been pretty good, I have gone to several interviews, at first is hard but then you get used to it, and at some point I didn´t care if they hired me or not. Because I would search for another thing after that.
2.Right now is not that difficult I just go on and put my best efforts.
3. Interviews are very important for getting to know the person to hire, so of course I understand why they asked so much questions.
4. Is important to practice self confidence and to search about the company. You can memorize things such as your weaknesses and strengths so you wont forget.

However, I applied to be a Spanish tutor at my university.  I had a writing exam, a reading exam and an orthography exam. I felt incredible because are topics I handle so well.

Nobody could response that because the pensum was changed. In adition, I think is important do a interview due to it is a space where the people can show the abilities to enter at the company. On the other hand, in this space we can meet other people and share our knowledge. 1. With the time I have improve a lot in fluency, however I want to be more expressive because in differents interviews I get nervous and I forgot the anwers.

I've had a lot of interviews, and different types ones, so i think i´ve had good ones ond no so good others. Recently i had one that it was done in groups, and had two sections, the fist one was normal questions about ourselves and the second one was an assestment, i had a lot of trouble because it was difficult to stand out and help the group solve the assesment 
2. It depends on the situation, i sometimes feels anxious and nervous in group interview, but in the individual ones i often feel really calm and confident with my answers and experience
3. I think its beacause it is the time that the company have the oportunity to get to know the candidates and learn about their personality and how the talk about their experience giving more context of it
4. I often practice for every interview, even if i know what are my key skills, stregnths or weaknesses i feel more confident if i prepare each point for each one
5. I've had been asked obout my experience, my studies, mi habilities, my hobbies that are the normal questions, the expected ones, but also recruiters have asked for people o considered my guides or about lerningas from my previews jobs.

Very good actually, ´cause i'm very confident with my skills and my efforts, and i think that they thought alike becuase they call me back so fast.
2. Yes, in fact it´s not a confortable situation ´cause i´m always changing and improving myself so i keep in mind my error mostly than my improvies and that it´s really difficult to explain to who is interviewing.
3. I think yes, because they need to see if all the information you give in your CV correspond to who your are and you're not lying at them.
4. My communication, from far, i hardly open to another people, so, there´s a great barrier to give me to know to another.
