The company's working environment is quite good but there are still some limitations. First of all, I have felt backache when I have to sit for a long time at work. because the chair at work is very high for me. This problem has been happening since I started working at the company and my colleagues have the same problem with me. I think the company should instead use fixed chairs with chairs that can be adjusted up and down to fit each person. The second problem that I want to mention is that there is no small box to store the necessary things. So every time I search for stuff I spend a lot of time. that slows down the workflow a bit. It would be great if the company provided each person with a small box to keep their essentials. I have reported these issues to management to get it fixed

Fashion designers may work in a variety of settings, either as independent practitioners, or they may work for large commercial retail companies, or as costume designers in the entertainment industry. Personal characteristics should include an eye for detail, a great deal of creativity, and an ability to get along well with a variety of personality types. Fashion design can also be a highly competitive industry, so confidence and a go-getter attitude is vital to success.

So, we need corect some details. First of all, about color, the color of the shirt is different from the spec sheet. In spec sheet, the color is brighter. Next, there are some problem about measurements: the sleeve length in actual  is shorter 3 cm , the cuff height is shorter 0,5 cm . So, we let sleeve length down by 3cm and add another 0,5 cm to the cuff. Beside, the pocket in spec sheet is on the right of the garment with flep but it is on the lelf in actual. In addition, There are six buttons in spec sheet but just five button in actual. we need add a button to the binding. My name is Hoai. I just graduated from Ha noi University of Industry in 2021 and my major is garment technology and fasshion design. On my own strengths, I have good expertise, beable to adapt to fax work the skills needed to serve the job such as computer skill, technical ability and teamwwork but I still have weakness that are limited language skills. In the next 5 years, I want to have a a stable and suitable job for my self, then I will go to learn more foreign languages to improve my knowledge and may be travel once a year. I want to work at garment company  in HN to be able to do the right thing I study. As I know, your company is one of the largest garment companies are weell and the treatment regime is also very considerate. If possible, I would like to work as a fashion designer. I think I suitable for this position because I have experence, while I was in school, I went to work part-time in clothes shops as a designer.
