The schools are not letting us go back and fix those absences. Then we are threat with our schooling and graduation due to missing school for real problems/situations.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Students need gender neutral bathrooms for non binary people and LGBTQ people. Better quality bathrooms, students are running out of soap and paper towels. There needs to be more campus supervisors so more students can go to the bathroom when they need to. There needs to be more healthy options for students to eat. We need better refrigerators for drinks for students. We need options to allow for students to get water. Uneaten apples can be used to make apple juice to keep students hydrated. Buying chrome books should be at affordable prices.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is gonna be a jumble of misspelled words and unfinished thoughts, so enjoy.&nbsp;<br><br>What comes to mind: Mental health, comfort, people to talk to (peiple who want to help), wellness centers, life satisfaction, self advication to further self image and longevity</div><div><br></div><div>Why I do.. v. Why do I do: spending time doing things you enjoy vs doing them because you have to is a sense of positivity that can further self wellness. Giving yourself credit and hobbies keeps optimism high. Doing good to yourself.&nbsp;</div><div>Covid caused either increases or decreases in a variety if personal factors (including motivation). Thinking more ahead and re-analyzing ones choices when it comes to future. Taking advantage of choices post covid that we cpuldn't do earlier.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Transportation hasn't changed (needs to be better and more efficient). Relates to stress relief and mental knowledge. Stressed about getting home and to school-- constant worry during the day impacts self wellness.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Online Def: the state of being in good health (physical, emotional, and mental) and actively pursuing a goal</div><div>- different types of wellness (financial, social, knowledge)&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>School has a large part on wellness, climate, majority of the day spent there, contribution of school shapes ourself and creates most of our worry and stress. Addressing wellness, or being transparent about topics/opportunities at school, impacts our wellness and how we adapt. Things that happen in high school impact the rest of our lives. Instructors and social presence&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Teaching studying tactics would be beneficial. Pumping out assignments just for the grade, not really for leanring.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Increase in digital learning, impacts student-instructor relationships. Online learning all day doesn't help (especially when fully online) over abundance of tech/screens impacts wellness (pos. slowing down the dependence of tech). Googling info doesn't allow us to retain info. Harder for a variety of instructors to use tech. Better balance, or better done, on physical work v. digital.&nbsp;</div><div>- science and history would prefer more hands on experience. Better communication and learning between class groups&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Social wellness smaller school = larger impact. Studying is more difficult (espc. after break). Forgeting older tasks and damaging wellness if mentla retention</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Group 2</div><div><br></div><div>Wellness Centers</div><div><br></div><div>Having activities outside of wellness centers (outsidd stuff), outside, less criwding, social interactio</div><div><br></div><div>Students givign you somrthing do do as an activity -- bigger schools = spirit day</div><div><br></div><div>Littering and crowdign decraases for spirit days</div><div><br></div><div>More serious tones on month themes, posters, but no discussion. More discussed for (e.g womens month). Integating holidays themes into school assignments.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>School spirit and climate impacts wellness. Location and socialization is all tsken in by a student (sometimes an escape). If you don't feel good at school, it is a threat to ones wellness.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Younger students don't know how to interact woth each otebr or with teachers.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Bring in electives thatbhelp us in life or specific carees (home ec, driving lessons, ROTC, and more) creates hobbies and somutions to gaining items at home.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Class limits (eg ASB doesn't allow freshmen) and it halts educational growth. Especially unnecessary for electives. Causes exclusion and negatively impacts wellness. Nothing to look forward to as a 9th grader. (enrolling st other schools to take a class at ones school)</div><div><br></div><div>Separated rallies/presentation decreases morale.&nbsp;</div><div>Worry about things we fant control&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Student to student check-ins (zoom meetings, meet ups, discussions, etc.)</div><div><br></div><div>P2P more of a mini ASB rather wellness oriented.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>At my school mostly all the students are talking about is attendance and it’s been a hot topic this year because at my school we have a policy that say’s that our attendance has to be 90% attendance and cant have more than 5 tardies to be able to graduate and do all the senior activities and i feel like they shouldn’t really take any senior activities due to 6 tardies because we never know the situation kids face coming to school and the traffic especially for first period.<br>I go to Oxnard high school and the admin says its a district rule so thats why i brought this up.</div>]]></description>

But I think to get closer to equity is by equality, an example is with the lunch, no one has to Pay anymore for food that is good, that’s equality but to get equity they need to adapt and change the way because some people are more hungry than each other and want more food while other May not want much food and that’s equity </div>]]></description>
