In the first stanza Tiago talks about losing himself, about not recognizing himself and how it can be demotivating and suffocating.
“Sei
Eu me perdi
Sinto a minha falta
Me sufocar”

However, at the end of the first stanza, he brings a certain hope when he says that, despite all this, in the end things will improve and he will free himself from this anguish.
In addition to reminding us that we cannot regret so many things that often do not even belong to us... Therefore, we are not guilty, and this guilt, anguish and lamentation does not get us anywhere! This reflection is present in these three verses:
“E não leva a nada
Não me leva a nada
Tanto lamentar”.

What I felt is characterized as a metamorphosis. In fact, the song is a metamorphosis.

É pra dividir
Tanta coisa sinto” 

The part that comes after these verses, for me, is the most significant, as it is where I find myself and "dive" into the music.
The last verses that make up "Sei" are intense and talk about an encounter between the subject and himself. When Tiago says:
“E nessa paz
Vi despertar”
He talks about an almost utopian feeling that is peace, that he is at peace after the storm!

In my opinion, this is the trigger and also the beginning of a new phase. To recognize oneself as an individual, with defects and qualities, as someone who loves and needs to be loved. Understand that all strength comes from within and move forward, not in search of victory, but following a path that is only yours. Our paths have always been right in front of us!
