It really depends what Job you're interviewing for but it should be known that when showing up to any interview you should look clean and put together to leave a good impression. If you're being interviewed for positions such as Retail and customer service you should be dressing in Casual/ business causal wear which would include clothing such as slacks, black or dark wash jeans without holes, knee length skirts, button up shirts and blouses. Shoes should be closed towed flats or loafers. If you're going to an interview for careers that are in the medical field, law or finance you should be attending your interview in formal wear which would include a two piece suit, button up blouse, knee length skirt and closed flats or heels. You should be mindful when applying perfume/ cologne and wear minimalistic jewelry if you choose to wear any.

He then said to do research on the company prior to going in and to be sure to ask questions about the company and work environment. He also said to be well spoken and to not stutter because the interviewers don't care that you're nervous.

My coworker told me that when they applied top the company we currently work at they did research prior and looked at the menu of the restaurant, tried the food and picked a favorite item. They then said that they showed up 15 minutes early for the interview and were sure to have confidence and to be themselves. Their personal word of advice was to keep in mind that the interviewer is also a regular person and to just act if you were having a normal conversation with another person because in reality that's what an interview really is.
