         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Hannah was captured and was in a prison in Budapest where she was tortured. Since she didn’t want to tell them anything they arrested her mom too. The methods in which she was tortured weren’t talked about but she was harmed for no reason. She got killed by the firing squad in November of 1944.</strong></p><p><br></p>]]></description>

By 1943 a Jewish agency official asked her to join a military operation and she accepted. Hannah later became a member of the Palmah and became a paratrooper. In 1944 she went to Yugoslavia in order to help anti-Natzi forces.</strong><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong> Hannah was captured in June in Hungary and sent to prison in Budapest. When in prison she got tortured and questioned. Neither Hannah nor her mom revealed any information. They were given the chance to beg for a pardon in November of 1944 and Hannah chose death by firing squad. Hannah's mother made sure to keep her daughter's memory alive and so she published her diary, poetry, and plays.</strong></p><p><br></p>]]></description>
