Diana, Timothy, and Beth Room 2 Timothy shared that his K-6 school data shows that students are statistically very similar. The school has been in school full time- except when quarantines have been required. They are not seeing a significant impact from the pandemic.

Diana- The math data indicates that students haven't shown as much growth as what students have demonstrated in reading. The school is engaging students in a hybrid model.

Beth shared that the three schools she works with are fully remote. The universal screeners/curriculum based measures haven't been used as has been the case in previous years. One school has engaged students in assessments in reading and math. The students have held onto the skills that they learned pre-COVID but haven't made as much growth as we would like to see. The use of differentiated instruction to address individual needs is critical.
