Deforestation is taken a big role in El Salvador, now the government and private citizens are working on reforestation and saving plants and animals.  The majority of El Salvador is tropical land. The tropical weather in lowlands is 85F. Semitropical on the plateau with lower temperatures in less humidity
The temperature between seasons never change. It only has 2 seasons, the rainy season from May to October and a dry season.

The indigenous people are mostly descended from the Pipi. The dominant group in the area when the Spanish conquerors arrived. Social problems, El Salvador include violent crime and widespread poverty. Government officials blame much of the violence on gangs that extend beyond El Salvador’s borders, such as Mara Salvatrucha. That originated from LA. Poverty has caused many workers to leave El Salvador in search of jobs, despite overall economic expansion in the country since the mid-1990’s.
