I am the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Socktastic Footwear. I am in charge of leading the whole organization, planning new socks collections, deciding on our SOP, and making decisions. Apart from that, I'm the person behind our strong Instagram presence! I'm responsible of taking photos of our curated socks collections, editing, and posting them on our Instagram page.

I am the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Socktastic Footwear. I am in charge of purchasing our stocks via online apps. I did some research on socks trend before purchasing. Once the parcels had arrived, I would go to Pusat Mel UNIMAS to pick them.

I am the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Socktastic Footwear. The scope of my work is to record all stock purchases and capital and set suitable prices. I also have to check every transaction in my bank account every time so that there are no shortages. Additionally, I also need to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

I am the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of Socktastic Footwear. I am in charge of contacting the customers via WhatsApp after they have placed their order via our Order Form. I am responsible of scheduling customers' delivery or self pick-up hours and location.

I am the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Socktastic Footwear. I am in charge of marketing our products through social media, pick-up point, and delivering customers' orders. After the socks have been delivered to the respective customers, I need to let the CFO know about the payment method used by the customers.

I am the Public Relation Officer for Socktastic Footwear and in charge of the customer service. As the Public Relation Officer, I repost and share Socktastic Footwear updates via Whatsapp and Instagram to attract more customers. I'm also in charge of packaging our products before being delivered or picked-up by customers.

I am the Public Relation Officer of Socktastic Footwear and in charge of customer service. My main job scope is to be in charge of the pick-up point and delivery service. After the Chief Sale Officer informed us regarding the self pick-up and delivery schedule, I will be at our pick-up point to ensure the smooth execution of the process. I will make sure the customers receive their orders right and on time, which contributes to the overall customer satisfaction.
