​We started by looking far into the past. Seeing the dinosaur statues and digging for 'fossils' reminded us that no species is invincible. The dinosaurs ruled the Earth for millions of years, but environmental changes led to their extinction. It was a powerful reminder that we need to adapt and care for our environment if we want to thrive.

​Our guide taught us the science behind the scenery. We learned about the hidden structure of the soil—how it isn't just dirt, but a complex ecosystem that feeds the forest and stores carbon. We realized that healthy soil is one of our best weapons against climate change.

​Finally, we took time to connect with nature personally. Whether it was listening to the guide or hugging a tree, we felt the importance of being guardians of the forest. We left with a clear message: we must treat nature with care, or we risk losing the very things that keep us alive."

The students participated in activities such as creating posters and environmental slogans, knowledge games and quizzes about climate change, as well as constructions using recycled materials. At the same time, they discussed the causes and consequences of climate change and suggested simple everyday solutions that can help reduce pollution and save energy and water.

In addition, a “Climate Wall” was created in the school area, where students wrote messages, ideas, and promises for a greener and more sustainable planet. The activities were completed with symbolic initiatives for caring for the school environment and with the active participation of students in collaborative activities.

Through these activities, students had the opportunity to express themselves creatively, collaborate, and understand that even small everyday actions can make an important contribution to environmental protection and to addressing climate change.
