The source was published Jan 30, 2018 by Ninja(Tyler Blevins) who is credible because he is one of the most known Fortnite Streamer. The source is relevant because Ninja and his fan base used to be way more energetic once the game released and you can see over time his spark just doesn’t seem to be there anymore. It connects to my argument of Fortnite’s fall from what it once was. Since the video is uploaded to Ninjas verified YouTube account we can conclude that is a credible source.

The source was published Oct 29, 2022 by SypherReacts who is credible because he is also very well known inside the Fortnite Community when it released. The source is relevant because the video is about SypherPK reminiscing about the old times where he used to have a blast while playing with other streamers suck as Ninja, TimtheTatman, and numerous others. It connects to my argument because throughout the video he states that he "used to have more fun" before they started making drastic changes to the game everyone once loved. Since the video is uploaded to SypherPK's reaction channel, we can conclude that the source is credible.

The source was published March 23, 2018 by Faze Tfue who is also credible because he was a top Fortnite streamer as well. The source is relevant because it shows the methodology of the once world renown "Double Pump" in the hands of Fortnite professional. It connects to my argument of Fortnite was a better game before they made all these changes because just months later nerfed double pump into the ground and it was no longer "viable". The source is credible because it was directly added to Faze Tfue's channel with over 11.5 million subscribers.

Accessed 5 Feb. 2023.

After double pump was nerfed, people rushed to find a new way to gain the upper advantage over others in the game, the result was : spamming. Spamming is when you have a weapon and full-auto your opponent's walls to try and get within close quarters. This was a massive problem since Turbo-building wasn't quite as refined back then.

The source was published July 5, 2019 by Muselk, a popular Youtuber who makes videos of himself and his buddies playing different games. The source is relevant because it shows the downhill transition of the game because "spamming" was almost unstoppable when the enemies had weapons such as the Tactical Submachinegun, Any type of AR, Miniguns, and many more. It connects to my argument because the game developers tried to change a little problem and made it snowball into a much bigger mess. The source is credible because Muselk's channel is subscribed to by over 9.2 million people.

The source was published December 14, 2017 by a Gaming Youtuber : Dakotaz. The video is relevant to my argument of Fortnite changing too much in a short period of time because it shows the very first ever Battle Pass which was 5 years ago but also had released over 20 battle passes and counting since then. It connects to my argument because the game would have been better if they had just slowed down and let us enjoy the game we would spend hours on. The source is credible because it was uploaded to Dakotaz's Youtube channel with over 2.7 million subscribers.

The sources I would not use for this project are channels who claim to be "data miners" who spread rumours about potential updates and make videos about unreleased content that is doctored and fake. Otherwise, most Fortnite sources should be reliable because there is no need to mislead individuals over Fortnite's information when there are numerous other videos to confirm or deny a claim.
