It shows a struggling family trying to keep the grandmother alive. and the overall impact of the ending is really unexpected and shocking which adds more to the uniqueness of the movie.

He is an uncommon child who can change the existences of everybody he meets. He is a youngster from a helpless. family: his father Gerry do random temp jobs; his mother Edna went through her days tending Ikoy's sister Helen, and grandma Magda, who experiences diabetes and pancreatic disease. Ikoy is sweet and shows honest goals, which her dad criticized, calling him unintelligent, rather than his shrewdness.
He experiences a few people, which he changed live with his blessings of expectation, assurance, and love: a despondency stricken man who grieves for his mom, two quarreling retailers, the irascible elderly person who runs the funeral home, his senior sibling, who really likes a rich young lady, his younger sibling, Helen, who has cerebral paralysis, and his grandma Magda, in which the family fears that they can't give her an appropriate entombment. 

Ikoy did some of these assignments: setting up a solution for the undertaker's sicknesses, playing relational arranger for his affection struck sibling, enterprisingly conspiring to give an internment outfit and final resting place for his grandma, and arranging a wheelchair so he can take his invalid sister to the jamboree. Ikoy, though the radical circumstance's he looked throughout everyday life, figures out how to discover answers for each issue. His endeavors all paid off at the evening of the large fair.

One day , Ikoy met with an individual whose life he changed. this went an exceptional turn when he got hit by a vehicle and passed on. His family grieved for his passing and utilized the casket Ikoy worked for his grandma for him.
