take a photo in each site reflecting the diverse age group
review our recruitment policy to ensure that reflects that all ages are welcome
find out the sickness figures for the last few years
start a conversations about the how the use of high chairs with staff
construct a policy for health of over fifty who work with us
sign up to the mental well being
a theme of the month to go on notice boards the first one is Movember    mens health issues
for this group to attend the swha training session in november 
next the theme will dry January so please start researching and printing off information.
