1. From your Shopify admin, click Orders.

2. Activate Search and filter by clicking on the button with a magnifying glass icon and three dashes.

3. Click Add filter +.

4. Click Execution status and select Unfulfilled.

5. Click ⇅ to open the Sort menu.

6. Select Date and ↑ Oldest to newest.

7.  Optional: Click Save as to name and save this order list view

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Orders.

2. Click the order whose Schedule you want to view.

3. On the order details page, go to Schedule.

Order Status

• Pending includes payment processing, fulfillment, or return processing.

• Archived The order has been archived manually or automatically.

• Canceled a canceled order has not been fully refunded the order may need further processing.

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout.

2. In the Address collection options section, uncheck Use shipping address as billing address by default.

3. Click Save.

You can deactivate this feature from the Billing settings page by unchecking Use autofill in Address collection preferences.

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout.

2. In the Order processing section, select Validate shipping address.

3. Click Save.

To allow customers to submit product returns directly in your online store, you need to enable self-service returns in your Shopify admin.

Manage self-service returns

You'll receive an email to review the request, which can be approved or rejected on Shopify. If you approve the return request, you email return instructions to the customer.

• Return period within 14 - 30 days

• Shipping costs for returned orders are negotiated by the shop and the customer

• The return fee is determined by the shop or not

You can access the checkout editor in Settings > Checkout > Checkout customization section from your Shopify admin.

The checkout editor has two main sections—Settings and Sections:

• In the Settings section, you can customize the appearance of your checkout.

• In the Sections section, you can customize the functionality of your checkout.

When selecting a payment option, there are numerous more considerations to take into account. You can utilize Shopify Payments or another third-party service to accept credit card payments.

1. Tap the ... button and then tap Settings

2. In the Store settings section, tap Payments

3. In the Checkout Type section, tap Customize Checkout to open the theme editor

4. In the theme editor, tap the gear icon to access Theme Settings

5. Tap Payment

6. Create your own Payment Style the way you want

7. Click Save

Set up general shipping profiles:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping & delivery.

2. In the General shipping section, click the shipping profile.

3. In the Ship from section, make changes to your location. For more information, refer to Managing Fulfillment Locations.

4. For each shipping zone you want to add to your shipping profile, complete the following steps:

a. In the Shipping Zones section, click Create Zone.

b. Name the shipping zone.

c. Select the country or region within that region, then click Done.

d. To add a shipping rate to a zone, click Add rate, select rate details, then click Done.

5. Click Save.

Manage fulfillment locations in shipping records

• Set different rates based on fulfillment locations by grouping locations. This allows different groups of locations to have different shipping zones and rates.

• Remove a location from the group so that no rates apply to that location. Locations not part of a delivery group are listed in do not ship from.

• Please create a new location and add it to an existing location group, or create a new region and fee group in a separate group.

• Confirmed - The customer has created an order but you haven't shipped or fulfilled the order yet. This is the time to collect payment.

• In transit - You mark the order as fulfilled or partially fulfilled in your Shopify admin and the shipment is on its way.

• Sent out for delivery - The shipment has arrived in your customer's area and will be delivered to the customer shortly.

• Delivered - The customer has received the shipment.

• Delivered - The carrier attempted to deliver the shipment to the destination address but was unsuccessful.

Fulfillments of multiple items can be separated or grouped together in an order based on the product's fulfillment status, fulfillment location, fulfillment date, and shipping profile.
