         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Collaboration in professional learning. I am focusing on developing frameworks to support how we understand and therefore develop collaboration and collaborating. I am working with Steph O'Reilly on this.&nbsp;<br>2. Lesson Study in ITE. Exploring the potential of using Lesson Study as a method to develop teacher educator's and teacher education. Working with Steph O'Reilly, Colin, David J &amp; Amy. This work is focusing on oracy and tutorials. More group members welcome.&nbsp;<br>3. Interdisciplinary Education and how this is done, thought about and undertaken in Scotland. This work is new and starting with the collection of case studies from schools/ teachers. Aims to be co-constructed with participants but would love co-collaborators if anyone is interested. The ultimate aim is to provide a structure to support professional development for teachers/students.  </div>]]></description>

My work on collaboration is actually very useful in understanding the dimensions of teams and how we can develop them.&nbsp;<br>2. Presenting at conferences and writing abstracts. I can support with these processes.&nbsp;<br>3. Reading articles prior to submission - I love doing this (yes because I am nosey but hopefully helpful) and this can be helpful for an alternative view.&nbsp;<br><br>Help<br>1&gt; I would like to develop the scale of my research internationally and through funding. </div>]]></description>

It look at the various aspects of the first year (e.g., student-staff relations, becoming independent learners) and factors influencing them (e.g., part-time employment, previous educational experiences).&nbsp;<br>2. I just started conducting a literature review of post-covid education delivery as part of an internship. I'm hoping to be able to utilise the knowledge I may pick up on the way :)</div>]]></description>
