         <description><![CDATA[<div>"The Personalization Principle People learn more deeply when the words in a multimedia presentation are in conversational style rather than formal style. The rationale for this technique is that conversational style can prime a sense of social presence in the learner, which causes the learner to try harder to make sense of what the instructor is saying by engaging in appropriate cognitive processing during learning, leading to learning outcomes that are better able to support problem-solving transfer.
