I had been to village for quite sometimes during my holidays ,its in Andhra Pradesh Border . For me it will be interesting from dawn to dusk , they will start their day with the sound of cock its like an alarm, cattle goes out for grassing , those guys have really good eating habits – highly nutritional food and eats on time . Most of them are farmers, they will carry lunch to field – to overcome tiredness they will sing traditional Gana songs while working . On the other hand , Children are exposed to the nature these stuffs would be heaven like feelings to them , like they have trucking , swimming in the rivers – ponds – wells , enjoying feeling of greenish everywhere . Unlike cities , they won’t congested Houses at least they have half a ground space between them.
But unfortunately , due to covid19 all schools are set off ,village students are really into the struggle a lot – they don’t have an proper network connectivity , so there learning process is still a miserable . There might be lot of other problems but I would like to address this problem first.

My visit to the village was a very short one. This minuscule mark on the map near Madurai, Tamil Nadu is filled with people and cattle in almost equal proportions. Everyone in the village knew each other, highly unlike the metropolitan lifestyle, where we seldom know even our neighbors. Their appetite is pretty huge and wholesome considering their everyday muscle work. Each family has a land associated to them and they either farm or herd cattle. People saw city dwellers with awe and they made it seem as if we [city folks] are all the smartest ones. With changing times, the eldest of the family usually takes upon the inheritance, while the younger ones get a better higher education and usually settle in much comfortable places. The whole village is sort of a closed ecosystem where they depend only on themselves and hence everything is fresh and pristine.

If I had been a village resident, my vision of a village would be a stereotypical one, kind of like what a 3 year old would think about when they think about a village.
Honestly speaking, I have never been to a village. But I have always wanted to visit one and have heard tons from my friends and relatives about their villages.
So when I envision a village, I view it as a sanctuary of all things natural - the food, the culture, the beauty and of course, the people.
I think about how everyone would know everyone in a small village and about the thiruvizhas which is just a kaleidoscope of happy memories and bright colors and fun games.
To reiterate, when I think of a village, I think of one big happy family, living in harmony and away from the bustling and ever-so-complicated lives of city folks.
In retrospect though, this would not be the case.

(CB.EN.U4EEE18157)

Though I now live in a city, my native place is a village. I go there annually which I am not very proud of. Every time I visit my village, like everybody says I see a lot of greenery. It never fails to surprise me at all. But if we dig deeper, villages are not really the heavens in earth. villages do have the potential to be one but they are mostly exploited. There are cruel divisions between people. Education, Healthcare, Sanitation, Employment are the four basic factors to analyze and understand any rural area. And from what I have seen personally, most of the villages lack all four factors. If you ask about my dream village, I would say, it will have computer centers, internet facility, proper waste treatment facilities, fair employment opportunities, awareness about digital learning, improved scientific agriculture methods, safe roads, continuous electricity and a lot more.
