I love the questions about women not being able to read. I wonder if this is a method of controlling women by oppressing them.

I also liked how Ashton and Chloe went back and forth but stayed professional and used the book to support their arguments.

I also thought it was interesting to read about how much power you guys think Vandara has. I agree that among the people of the village she is powerful, but the council isn't scared of her, so I don't think that she has "real" power.
