Culture can be learn, but I would not see culture as a study, I see it as life because I can find culture shows everywhere in my life. 2. The relationship-oriented leadership style can be very helpful for me to develop my interest in having a better understand in a culture diversity. I think helping people and caring people can express my value and relationship is more important than tasks. If the leader only focuses on the task and results, team members might be stressed out and members’ passion and interests will decline over time. Conversely, if I know my people better, it can strength their loyalty and they may feel more comfortable, which will increase the work’s quality and efficiency. However, it might have many little spaces between each piece due to the global environment and every person’s different experiences, it is the leader’s responsibility to use strategy to motivate them to eliminate the little space.
