"Daphne loved all of it ---- the note taking, the stakeouts, the endless research." I think this shows that Daphne is proud because she is really committed. Last but not least, an example of being committed to the family is, " The Grimms repeated what he said, word for word, and then lowered their hands." This is when they where getting deputized.
