         <description><![CDATA[<div>Structure of your first Lecture<br>First, MEGA CHILL<br>Begin with some kind of interactive activity- a film sequence, word associations, example<br>Set out a clear overview and WHY it matters/ relevant to them<br>You might provide a structured question sheet- what are we addressing, what questions are coming up, where might we find answers<br>Keep your lecture length shorter than you usually would- allow more room for conversation, and some lightness, questions etc.<br>Try to let them know "you" a little. <br>Try to be interested, open and honest- integrity and sincerity make a big impression<br><br></div>]]></description>
